Precautions We Have Put In Place
When a team member or maintenance worker enters a home, they are equipped with gloves, and masks. We are all working from our home offices, practicing social distancing, and have eliminated any meetings that can be done via phone or Zoom meeting. We are taking Coronavirus Precautions very seriously and are doing everything we can to keep you and our team members safe.
How We Are Able To Serve You
We still offer a number of ways to help you! First, we are always available via a good old fashioned phone call! Did you know that I was in Telecommunications for 30 plus years. I like talking on the phone. We’re happy to learn about what you are thinking, your needs, your situation, either buying or selling! If you prefer, we can do home walkthrough via Zoom, or cellular video call to minimize exposure. Plus, all of our documents can be signed remotely via Docusign!
What You Can Do To Help
It is Still a Great Time To Buy or Sell!
While we might all be going a little stir-crazy, being at home, there is no reason why you should not move forward. Even if you aren’t able to see a house in person or we are not able to see yours, we are more than happy to do this virtually. By getting the ball rolling now, you will be way ahead of the competition. Don’t wait! We foresee a frenzee for real estate once the virus has passed and the competition will be fierce! This does not mean prices will be higher, it maybe that prices may see a dip when this occurs. Time will tell. There are still tons of houses being bought and sold today. Southern California Realtors associations have shown sales holding steady, and possibly up slightly, however, the time to close may be extended due to funding sources and inspection services adapting to today’s environment. Don’t miss out on the opportunities that are out there, just because you may feel like you are stuck on the couch! What are you binge watching?
